We have been arguing about the ambiguity/utility of the vfs isArchive with regard to
determing deployment strucutre. Proper separation of behavior would remove isArchive from
the vfs and update the structural deployment spi to allow reuse of the structural parse
without having to pull in jboss5/MainDeployer + all deployers.
