If the JBoss home directory contains a plus sign (+) startup fails with a
ClassNotFoundException. In my setup the real path contained the plus sign but I used a
symlink without a plus and it still crashed. I guess this is due to missing/wrong URL
encoding when you configure the URLClassLoader in the startup classes.
