server status - seems to be sufficient
deployment status - how can I receive this info from ManagementClient ?
I asked colleague to add comment too, lets wait for his response.

Deployment can be checked via management API using ArquillianServiceObserver at least.
The AS monitoring should use management API as well. These objects will be fully
accessible in the testsuite.
