Originally I thought this problem was related to only splits, but after debugging it a
bit, it seems the issue is actually a problem with the Rule Task node
(RuleSetNodeInstance) not transitioning to the outgoing connections when it is complete.
It seems to be registering with the Process instance but it is never getting notified and
so triggerCompleted isn't being fired. Will continue debugging.

In 5.1.0.M1 and prior, you could have a ruleflow rule task nodes that would transition to
the outgoing connected nodes if you were using a stateless session. This no longer works
in trunk. I have tested this against revision 32993, but the problemwas probably
introduced sooner.
