Brian, this seems to be in the jboss tools build script still. It seems to be preparing
to build the drools plugin from SVN, but it seems it hasn't started yet. Do you know
where the source of this build script lives so we can figure out what this fetchElement
command is actually trying to do?

Drools 5.0.x can compile with OpenJDK6; Drools 5.1 cannot. See attached logs.
This prevents the JBoss Tools build from being able to run locally on Fedora w/ the
out-of-box JVM (Open JDK 6).
