I think Stuart meant that we throw an ERROR if there is *more than one PU* which gets
resolved when the unitName is missing. IMO, that's a good idea since that would
prevent random PUs being picked up (especially on redeployment).

If no name is specified PersistenceUnitSearch.resolvePersistenceUnitSupplier will return
a PU at random, rather than throwing an exception if more than one PU is found.
