The following code shows Parse errer for RETE Tree in the Eclipse IDE rule "rule_demo" no-loop agenda-group "SPECIAL_AGENDA" when $ruleStatus: RuleStatus( ) $mapEntryBugCreated: MapEntry( key "bugCreated", valueAsString == "Y" ) MapEntry( key == "bugCreatedDate", $bugCreatedDate: valueAsCalDate ) MapEntry( key == "fixedDate", $fixedDate: valueAsCalDate ) eval($bugCreatedDate.getYear() > 2007) then System.out.println("Bug Created Date is Invalid"); end where getValueAsCalDate returns a java.util.Date object. I have used the Deprecated method getYear(), for ease. Otherwise too, this wont work.
