Resolution: Done
For now I changed it to call nextval(..) instead of currval(..) which should fix the main
issue of possible duplicate keys. To differentiate the one issue from another, could you
please open a new one as a feature request to eliminate the id column in the INSERT
statement if you are still interested? I have to warn you though I have higher priorities
at the moment. If you have a proper patch for that it will be fixed sooner. Thanks.
