CDI demands the same "backdoor" removal from EJB3, and we must provide a remotable, replicable mechanism. Additionally, SFSB injection is not a great idea. Sessions can time out or be removed by the container entirely, leading invocations upon the injected reference to throw NoSuchEJBException. Instead we can leverage a "SessionManager" to be injected, which may create/destroy bean instances as instructed by the bean provider.
