In fact, as it seems, the checkbox doesn't work at all. When I replace a previously
enabled application and leave the checkbox unchecked (i.e. "NOT(enable)"), the
application will remain enabled, instead of disabling it...

This can be reproduced as follows in the Deployments overview of the console
application:
- Have a disabled deployment
- Click Replace
- On Step 2/2, check the "Enable" checkbox
- Save
The deployment is still disabled
