With the switch to socket bindings this has become more important as we do not log the
port in the log anywhere now.

At log-level INFO, write the admin console host / port, eg.
Admin Console : http://localhost:9990/console
this needs to appear at the end of startup so it's one of the last things the user
sees on the command line
