As detailed in JBRULES-2994, I added a simple unit test and was unable to reproduce the
problem.

When inspecting KnowledgeBase through JConsole event always have expiration offset -1
although rule declares it to 10s:
declare TestEvent
@expires( 10s )
@role( event )
end
worked fine in 5.1
