Resolution: Done
IRC notifications were added to all our most commonly used jobs (for master branch for
now). I will do some further monitoring and if everything goes well, we can configure even
more jobs (e.g. for other branches).
I am considering this done as the Jenkins plugin was enabled and configured. It currently
works for about dozen of jobs. Any further improvements should be treated as additional
tasks.

Unfortunately, the jbossbot doesn't support it for jenkins yet.
It does support it for Teamcity:
