FqnTest does this with non-String Fqns, as does the Marshaller tests. I can't imagine
where else we'd need tdo this ...

Almost all of the fqn's used in the testsuite are composed solely of String elements.
We should look for and identify places to include non-String elements in order to help
prevent issues like JBCACHE-703.
