I don't really follow why this status check is needed - plenty of Http clients support
registering some form of authenticator that can prompt for these values on demand and void
this try/fail/repeat loop for authentication.
JdrService assumes auth is required if http code !=200

JDR service asssumes that if return code is different than 200, it needs to ask user for
auth. What if code is 500 ?
