This is pretty silly. This will be going away in the future as we are going to reuse the
same code the cli subsystem uses to connect to the management api.
JdrService assumes auth is required if http code !=200

JDR service asssumes that if return code is different than 200, it needs to ask user for
auth. What if code is 500 ?
