Optimistic lock warning when user opens an asset
------------------------------------------------
Key: JBRULES-1735
URL:
https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBRULES-1735
Project: JBoss Drools
Issue Type: Feature Request
Security Level: Public(Everyone can see)
Components: drools-guvnor
Affects Versions: 5.0.0.M1
Reporter: Michael Neale
Assignee: Toni Rikkola
Priority: Optional
Fix For: FUTURE
as optimistic locking is used - it would be nice to keep track of who has opened what
assets in an editor, and if someone else tries to open it, they get a warning popup (which
they can chose to ignore).
This means wrapping the response from the load method with a potential warning. And then
when opening, sending back a message with what the user has open.
(if they chose to open it).
When the user closes, we send back saying it was closed. Also, as the user could kill the
browser - so as we ping the server - when the users session expires (or perhaps we timeout
something) then we remove all that users "locks" from the cache.
