Ondrej Zizka commented on AS7-5605:
-----------------------------------
Shelly, I am assigning to you because I am a bit lost and I hope you'll fix it for me
:)
* 7.1.3.Final is in Jira, but not tagged.
* For EAP, this is decided and changed to public as per your patch, but neither
upstream/7.1 nor upstream/master have it applied.
* IIRC you said it's going to be applied?
Either case, I'm rather filing this not to let it fall through the cracks.
Make RestEasy modules public
----------------------------
Key: AS7-5605
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/AS7-5605
Project: Application Server 7
Issue Type: Feature Request
Components: REST
Affects Versions: 7.1.2.Final (EAP), 7.2.0.Alpha1
Reporter: Ondrej Zizka
Assignee: Shelly McGowan
Fix For: 7.1.3.Final (EAP)
The RestEasy modules are all jboss:api="private".
This blocks many use cases - not only RestEasy's annotations, but different providers
as well (e.g. Jackson's @JsonIgnore).
