Thomas Diesler resolved AS7-2871.
---------------------------------
Fix Version/s: (was: 7.1.0.Final)
Resolution: Won't Fix
Won't Fix
{code}
(07:42:38 PM) tdiesler: Nihility, I guess this attribute is special in the sense that no
other subsystem is activated lazily. The attr pertains to subsystem startup and is not a
configuration of the subsystem itself. WDYT?
(07:45:01 PM) Nihility: tdiesler: yeah i think you have a good point that this could be a
generic notion, i really need bstansberry's thoughts on this though
(07:45:21 PM) Nihility: bstansberry: hey what do you think about ^
(07:46:00 PM) ***bstansberry looks
(07:49:08 PM) bstansberry: Nihility: I don't particularly object to attributes on the
subsystem element
(07:49:19 PM) bstansberry: and I now see 5 open JIRAs to fix them
(07:49:59 PM) Nihility: bstansberry: yeah i was never really against them. I know David
had some reasons, but I dont remeber what they were or if I ever agreed completely :)
(07:50:00 PM) bstansberry: I don't really believe those are going to be fixed
(07:50:23 PM) bstansberry: Nihility: the basic reason is readability
(07:50:32 PM) bstansberry: AIUI
(07:51:06 PM) bstansberry: tdiesler: I'm fine with leaving that attribute
(07:51:14 PM) Nihility: yeah i guess in some cases we had some bad attributes on the
susbsytem level, activation does seem to belong there though, i mean i buy tdiesler's
argument on this one
