I'm not going to provide an operation for this, since it's not possible to
enable/disable single cf and ao. Moreover they don't represnet a state (while it is in
DSes), but they are a pure attribute saying if the deployment have to consider it (or the
new :activate operation we are providing as part of AS7-3249).
