The default is an empty value. We talked about defaulting to "java:/H2DS" and
could still do that. There was concern about using the demo datasource. If it helps, we
could use a different default. Something like "java:/DefaultDS".

I don't know which default is right. But "" means "nothing set"
which contradicts the "required=true" from the description.
I'd rather see required=> false and default-datasource => undefined / null
