GossipRouter: persistent connections for GossipClients
------------------------------------------------------
Key: JGRP-727
URL:
https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JGRP-727
Project: JGroups
Issue Type: Feature Request
Reporter: Bela Ban
Assignee: Vladimir Blagojevic
Fix For: 2.8
Currently, each GET or REGISTER creates a new TCP connection from a GossipClient to the
GossipRouter(s). After the request, the connection is torn down. Add persistent
connections as part of the connection management, which in turn is part of the transport).
