FOR THE SOA-P TEAM: OK, fix is in both trunk and 4.0.x.
The changes are from revision 15901 to 15906 on the 4.0.x branch.
To get a cumulative patch (or svn merge):

DETAILS OF FIX:
Was a problem effecting some browsers (notably webkit or khtml related ones) from 3
unrelated bugs all conspiring to make my life a living hell.
Meant it was not always possible to upload to the BRMS.
Now it should be fine on all (known) browsers.
This fix is not critical, without it, it will still work with Firefox (version 2) at
least, and IE.
