this functionality exists under "Hosts>Server Instances>Start/Stop"

didn't work properly. But we'll revisit this feature.

It's possible to trigger a full process restart by having the server emit exit code 10
on shutdown, but it assumes that our standard launch script (or an equivalent) is used. So
it's probably not a good idea to expose that in the console. But yes, a restart of all
services can be done.
