I don't think this is a memory leak in Kepler. The XModel has always required a lot of memory. Maybe that is visible in Kepler because Kepler requires much more memory than Indigo. I suppose there is a similar issue in Kepler M4 and Juno.

It would be good to check if the occupied memory is increased when running some actions (project's rebuilding, file editing, refreshing ...).

I suppose XModel is the cause of the issue. Slava's fixes in https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-13837 and https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-13844 will probably help. I have tested Kepler and WTP. Some of my fixes haven't been accepted yet.

Will check if there are some more performance issues in JBoss Tools.
