[jbosstools-dev] Upcoming release of Target Platforms 4.31.0.Alpha1

Hi all, This mail is to announce you our plan to Target Platform 4.31.0.Alpha1, based on Kepler SR1 RC1/2. This version should be used in order to build JBoss Tools 4.1.1, for which code-freeze is on Thursday.
