But which of these two do we need for building jboss tools ?
Both of them or only one ?
Currently, only birt-wtp-integration-sdk-2_3_0.zip is required for
building jboss tools.
Since bug
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=235206 is fixed,
it is possible to refactor the birt feature so that it doesn't depend on
birt during build time.
