The core
references beans.xml model in plugin org.jboss.tools.cdi.xml.
One could argue if it should be XModel or not, but CDI core needs such a
model and references it. Beans xml editor is in plugin
org.jboss.tools.cdi.xml.ui which is not referenced by CDI core.
