[jbosstools-dev] QE Approval for CRS 12.13.0.GA release - master branch is unfrozen

Hi, DevstudioQE and FuseTooling QE are done with testing. CodeReady Studio 12.13.0.GA <http://12.12.0.ga/> and JBoss Tools 4.13.0. <http://0.am/>GA are ready to be released. There are still some critical issues (you can find them in the sign-off document below). These issues do not block the GA/Final release, however as we move towards the next releases we should reevaluate these issues.
