Nice catch Martin! - they posted a workaround, but this is still pretty
awkward.
We can still test this for the Summit release - but the product still
cannot support Java9 until Java9 is GA.

A few minutes ago that issue's target was moved to Neon.1. So if I read
that correctly, it means that Neon won't be able to run on java 9 when it's
