I've just marked-as-resolved and tagged JBIDE-3970 [1] (Partial
Japanese translation of JBoss Tools properties contributed by Shinobu
Nogami.)
I've just tested last night's build (running "eclipse -nl ja"), and it
looks fairly Japanese to me. (I also had all the Japanese Babel
langpack zips for Galileo [2] unzipped into eclipse/dropins/babel.
Babel's update site is not usable at present. [3])
It might also be worth mentioning that corrections and new
translations (for any language) can be submitted to the temporary home
of JBoss Tools L10n [4].
