[jbosstools-dev] RC snapshot for maven-download-plugin 1.1.0

Hi all, I plan to make a 1.1.0 release of the maven-download-plugin. The release candidate 1.1.0-SNAPSHOT is available on oss.sonatype.org repository. Please give it a try and provide immediate feedback in case anything is broken.
