Pretty cool approach to support class and other references in xml

Just saw this this: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=330576

Adds generic xml class reference support to any xml attribute that is defined via
xpath's to
be a class name...

A shame it haven't gotten adoption ... would be a nice feature (assuming it performs
