Update to all,
I've seen a couple bug in jiras getting fixed with a comment saying it
will be committed when the code freeze is lifted.
That is wrong ;)
There is a code freeze for *new* features, not for bugfixes.
If you only have minor issues assigned to you, speak up and help out with
the blockers/critical issues so we can get CR1 done;
new fixes/development is not a priority until we get CR1 in good shape.
We got many blocker/critical issues open against CR1 which we want to
get fixed before branching to avoid too much merging.
Thus the code freeze for new features is now as planned in effect, but
instead of being on a seperate branch it is in trunk.
That freeze will be lifted when we branch which we plan on doing on
