nono - it also fixed the use of UTC time for qualifier generation so the nightly hudson
builds doesn't/shouldn't pollute you anymore
plus it made handling of optional dependencies better so its more controllable by us and
not just what p2 wants.
I mean switch to 0.12.0. I agree about UTC Time issue:) but fix related
to optional deps is in 0.13.0.
plus a few other things :)
btw. if you got specific bugs reported or watched in tycho that you would like more
feedback/progress on let me know - i'll be attending
tycho talks/bofs most of eclipsecon and its the best place to make people aware of issues
(and sometime learn that we did something wrong too ;)
I had problems only with product build, but it seems to work in tycho
0.13.0.
