I remember we were going to use JBoss' TestDirector. If we would have it
that was simplier to have reports and a statistic for them.

Problem is that lead
of QA in JBoss says that it is very limited and
very much focused on non-ui testing plus it is not available without VPN.
Thus until now we are waiting to hear from them what they have as
alternative.

document in svn or do you share something else between you guys ?

We have a local work copy of the documents and update testcases in
them according to verified issues in jira new one created. We plan to
update SVN copies with our local documents once per week. Is it
acceptable?

sure, but why aren't you just updating svn on the fly ?
With respect to the wiki page was more something showing the links to
the testcases for each version and
what the status of them are.
i.e.
Current development (JBDS 2.0/JBT 2.0):
Smoke test here
lSeam tests
etc.
JBDS 1.1/JBT 2.1:

..
JBDS 1.0/JBT 2.0:
Smoke Test is here
Seam tests are here
...
Colecting the info on the wiki so everyone can easy get access to the
current test suite help execute and/or improve them
