+1 to close jbpm development forum, I always forget about it. I believe
it was intended to be used by development team to talk about features,
road map, etc, same as we have jbpm-dev list for.
And personally I would like to avoid situation where we intentionally
not answering any posts there, would be good to mention as featured
topic on that forum that it is closed and should not be used any more so
users are aware.

I always try to not answer questions from users in the dev list.. they

I'll try to pull some strings and figure out if it's possible to
remove or not. Not sure I like the not answering any questions
idea because the users made the effort of submitting a question,
probably best to put up a post there asking users to move to the
main forum instead?
I do understand the hard stance of the -dev and -users mailing
lists with Drools since they have very high traffic on their
mailing lists.
For us I think it's different and we should encourage users to
just post no matter where just to feel comfortable and helped and
then later on when we actually have a mailing list community start
pushing for some law and order.
Thanks.
