That would be good. Cause I don't believe this is a Teiid related issue, but
something that we need to guide others when they use the IBM data source that returns
EBCDIC.

One of views in my vdb joins a table in DB2 on z/OS which has EBCDIC data with other
table in Oracle which has SJIS data. It returns records less than actual.
