Workaround Description: In 7.5 a corrected ra.xml can be repackaged with the rar.
Either use the file referenced in the resolution comment, or remove the AllowParentPaths
config property if its use is not desired.

The file resource adapter is using the java.lang.Boolean type for allowparentpaths, which
cannot be auto converted to the primitive type. If we use a non schema compliant xml,
then we can specify the type as boolean.
