Replaced this example with REST based serice to Twitter, that exposes the tweets as
relational table based on the query submitted.
This example also show cases the view definitions using DDL in the Dynamic VDBs

Currently soap access through the weather example doesn't work (after updating the
url rest works fine) due to service changes. However rather than relying on an external
service, we should include in the web services example a war for AS deployment.
