With the open shift work it was requested to make it easier to detect a failed load.
Since we don't transition out of the loading status until we're either loaded or

Steven Hawkins resolved TEIID-2104.

Resolution: Done
Changed the logic so that the vdb will be in the loading state without Error level
severity runtime errors until there is a load problem. WARNING and the new INFO level
severity may exist however.
We may want to rethink the name ValidationError, since we are really just conveying
messages.
Made our code more consistent about checking for whether a source is required especially
for metadata load.
Also removed the VDBStatusChecker handling of translators, since there is nothing
meaningful we do on remove and add is already handled by the service logic.
