The initial commit adds environment lookup for all teiid specific properties. We need to
decide whether this should apply to java and jboss properties as well.

Places in Teiid that look for system properties should allow for overrides to be
specified via environment properties as well. This will make it easier to configure
optional behavior on openshift.
