Resolution: Done
Changed the Driver names to "Teiid JDBC Driver" and "Teiid Embedded JDBC
Driver". Also the version numbers will be reflected from the build numbers
automatically; rather than static versions we have.
JDBC Driver name should be changed from "Metamatrix xxx
Driver" to "Teiid xxx Driver'

Currently the name of the JDBC Driver in MMDriver and Embedded Driver mention that they
are "Metamatrix drivers" this should be changed to "Teiid". Also the
version number must be changed for the 6.0
