There is a bug with the getDeleted logic. It will currently not return any results.
Other issues:
The returned values for getDeleted/getUpdated that are documented as datetime should be
Timestamp and not a Calendar or XMLCalendar value - this should be addressed as part of
this fix.
The connector metadata should include the getDeleted/getUpdated methods.

While testing the SalesForce connector, I noticed the getDeleted function was not
