Resolution: Done
Added support for a primary key.
It allows null values, composite keys, and creates a clustered index that supports
optimizations for comparison, like, in and order by.
This change also affected temp tables without primary keys to get much better update
performance. Buffer files are also compacted appropriately as updates are made.
