Pulling out of 8. Given the work involved in adding a new type (see the varbinary work),
it does not seem worth adding one at this time for case insensitive strings.

We currently capture whether the source is case sensitive and thus have a place holder on
both physical and virtual models, but we do not use this information in performing
comparisons in teiid.
