Maven does not support creating the CAF files, so zip is close alternative. There is no
reason to spend time on CAF now, as CAF is never more than a intermediate package format
for transport. This zip also being created only to work with idiosyncrasy in Maven builds
between Teiid and product.

Right now server pulls dependencies as whole, so it can not distinguish the dependencies
between connector or itself. This poses issue in defining the files for the extension
modules. So, these need to be come as whole with their dependencies.
