Pulling out of the release bucket as we haven't had this driven from usage and also
has potential workarounds (of at least pulling only a single copy of the data) in
TEIID-2077, or TEIID-1598.

Query minimization should be used to remove self-joins on unique columns. This could be
added as part of RuleRemoveOptionalJoins (but the rule may need to be run again after join
planning).
