If NULL is a valid return value for ICommand, then doesn't make sense to change only
the CreateProcedureCommand. The javadoc for ICommand didn't say much, so wasn't
sure.
We'll have to add null checks.

Unlike the getProjectedSymbols() method, the getResultSetColumns() can return null. Could
you consider performing NULL check and return EMPTY LIST instead? Else we have to code
around it.
