Resolution: Done
Sales force API is re-generated using JAX_WS tools. SOAP connector is re-written using the
JAX-WS, however all the "WS-Security" features are removed. These will be
re-implemented using "apache-cxf" instead of the "jboss-native". This
work will be covered in a separate JIRA.

Currently XML-Source SOAP connector depends upon Axis 1.3, this needs to be removed and
re-written to use JAX-WS and JBossWS-Native.
Also, Salesforce connector uses Axis 1.3 to generate the client stub, this needs to be
removed and re-generated using JAX-WS specific tools like wsimport.
